Privacy policy

This policy applies to the SAM app and website. The controller is SAM Online, Kruisstraat 36, 6006 ZL Weert, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 77594177. Contact: info@samonline.nl.
When you visit the website, the server processes technical log data such as IP address, request time, browser, operating system, referrer and requested page for security and reliable delivery. Functional session and language cookies keep the site and language choice working. The site loads Google Fonts. If you choose WhatsApp or another external link, that provider's privacy terms also apply. SAM itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies on the website.
Provider privacy information
SAM Online (controller: SAM Online, contact: info@samonline.nl) processes account data (name, email address, optional telephone number and profile photo), authentication and session data, payment status, and team, player, training, match and event data. Player data may include a date of birth, sports or association number, position, notes and photos.
SAM accounts are intended for people aged 16 or over and for authorised team staff. An adult or otherwise authorised user may enter data about youth players and is responsible for having a valid basis and informing the player or parents where required. SAM does not provide player records to Google for ad targeting.
Purposes and legal bases: providing the service and managing teams (performance of a contract), security, support and continuity of shared team administration (legitimate interests), and consent where required for optional photos and advertising. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Service providers: hosting and cloud providers for the service, Stripe for optional Premium payments, and Google AdMob and the advertising technology providers shown in the consent form for advertising. SAM does not see or store full payment card details. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their own safeguards and privacy terms. Stripe: https://stripe.com/privacy.
Advertising: the free version uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on your region, consent choices and device settings, the Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share an IP address or approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic data, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Where required, UMP asks for consent before ads are requested. You can change advertising choices through Advertising preferences in Settings when that option is shown, and through your device advertising controls.
Retention and deletion: identifiable account data is retained while the account is active and is anonymised when Delete account is used; login, sessions and team permissions are then removed and the account cannot be restored. Shared team, player, training and match records may remain available to other authorised team members for team continuity. Payment and security records may be retained as long as needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. You may request review or erasure via info@samonline.nl.
